White-label delivery
Most agencies turn down work that sits just outside what they do in house. An automation request, a bilingual build, a Shopify migration. That is revenue walking out the door over a capability gap.
Rate card
Three rates, because the work is not all the same.
One blended rate means you overpay for content updates or we underprice architecture. Neither is honest, so the rate follows the work. Every piece is estimated in writing before it starts, and we flag the moment something looks like it will run over.
- Content, QA and small fixesCopy changes, testing, bug triage, plugin updates, release checks.$55/hr
- DevelopmentBuild work: features, integrations, front end, back end, migrations.$85/hr
- Architecture and legacy assessmentScoping a rebuild, reading a system nobody documented, deciding what not to replace.$110/hr
Blocks of forty hours a month are billed at $70 an hour across all three bands. Month to month, no minimum term. Ad-hoc work is billed in fifteen-minute increments against whichever band it falls in.
The problem
Partnering usually fails for one of two reasons. Either the subcontractor is unreliable and the agency wears the delay, or the subcontractor tries to go around them to the client.
The arrangement that works is boring: fixed rates, written scopes, a documented handover you can hand your client, and a hard rule about contact.
We deliver under your brand and we do not approach your clients. That rule is in the contract, not just in conversation.
What you get
Everything in the scope, written down before we start.
Brand
Your name on it
No credits, no footer link, no mention anywhere in the deliverable or its files.
Scope
Written before start
A scope you can paste into your own proposal, with the hours and the delivery date.
Rate
$55 / $85 / $110 per hour
The same three bands, with forty-hour blocks at $70 flat so there is margin for you built in.
Coverage
The gaps you do not fill
Automation, AI implementation, Shopify, bilingual builds, technical SEO fixes.
Docs
Client-ready handover
Documentation written in your voice, ready to forward without editing.
Rule
No client contact, ever
Written into the agreement. If your client finds us, it was not through us.
Who this is for
Those are the sectors we know best, not a list of who we take. We build for any business — a tailor, a bakery, a driving school — and the price is the same whatever the trade.
What it costs
WL — typical engagement
Delivered in ongoing. Fixed price agreed in writing before any work begins. Fifty percent on signature, fifty percent on handover.
Not included
- Third-party subscriptions, paid directly by you
- Stock photography and paid fonts
- Advertising spend of any kind
- Ongoing support, quoted separately after handover
How a project runs
You see it working before you are committed to it.
Call
Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we are the right fit — including when we are not.
Scope and contract
A fixed price, a delivery date and a signed agreement. The contract protects you, not us. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Prototype
We build one small function from your project and show you it running. Not a mockup — working software, in two or three days.
Your call
Happy, we finish the build. Not happy, you walk away and owe nothing. No questions, no argument, no invoice.
Questions
The things people ask before signing.
How do we present you to our client?
You do not have to present us at all. Most partners describe us as their build team, which is accurate.
What if our client wants to speak to the developer?
We join a call under your brand if you want us to. Your call, every time.
Is there a volume commitment?
No. Some partners send one project a year, others send monthly.
What are your turnaround times?
Typical builds run one to four weeks depending on scope. Reserved capacity is available for partners with predictable volume.
