For licensed consultants and RCICs

Your website is the first consultation.

Most clients decide whether to book before they ever speak to you. A page showing this week’s draw results says you follow the changes. A page dated 2019 says something else.

The problem

A practice runs on the same work repeated for every client: intake forms, document checklists, eligibility questions, deadline chasing. Most of it is done by hand, by someone whose time is worth more than data entry.

Meanwhile the website — the thing every prospective client checks first — sits unchanged for years because updating it means emailing a developer. The numbers go stale, the news page stops at a date that is visibly old, and a visitor quietly decides to call someone else.

Neither problem needs a new platform. Both need the plumbing fixed behind what you already have.

Live data tools

Six tools, on your own pages.

Each one takes your colours and refreshes itself from published government sources. Every number on this page is made up for layout. The live tools show the current published figures and name their source.

What this means for you: provincial rounds ask for roughly 220 more points than Canadian Experience Class rounds, while French-language rounds sit about 40 below. The tool writes that line itself from the data, and links to your booking page.

We do not build you a calendar. Cal.com and Calendly already do that better than anything we would write, for nothing or about $15 a month, and you own the account. We set one up, theme it to your site, wire your consultation types and payment, and embed it — then we add the part they cannot do: a bilingual pre-screen that qualifies the enquiry and files the answers against the right checklist before you ever open it.

How it fits

No migration. No rebuild.

See it live on a real site ↗

If your site runs on any of these, the tools go in without touching the rest of it.

  • WordPress
  • Wix
  • Squarespace
  • Webflow
  • Shopify
  • Plain HTML
  • Your own CMS

Matches your brand

Pick your colour, corner radius and light or dark mode once. Every tool on every page re-themes at the same time, so nothing looks bolted on.

One line of code

Copy a single snippet into any page — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, plain HTML or your own CMS, however old the site is. The components do not care what built the page, only that you can paste a line into it. No migration, no rebuild, no developer needed. If you cannot edit your own pages, send us the address and we will tell you before you pay anything.

New-draw alerts

The moment a round is published, an email goes to you and, if you want, to your clients. You are the one who tells them, not a forum. Included with the draws components.

Data downloads and feed

The same data as downloads and a documented feed, for client portals, newsletters and pages we build you. Included with the insights component.

1

Tell us the pages

You say which pages carry which tools. We work with the site you already have — no migration, no rebuild unless you want one.

2

We fit it to your brand

Colour, corners and light or dark mode set once and carried into every tool, so it reads as part of your page.

3

We install it

On WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML. You do not touch code. If you have a web person, we work with them.

4

It keeps itself current

Data refreshes from published government sources. You never edit a number again, and each tool shows when it was last checked.

What it costs

A flat price per component. One fee to keep it running.

See it live on a real site ↗

No per-view pricing, no request counting, no surprise bill in a busy month. You pay once to have a component installed on your site, then one monthly fee that keeps the data current whatever you have running.

Ongoing

Keeping it current.

One monthly fee, set by how many components you run. It is not a licence — what we install is yours. It pays for the data staying right.

Whatever you have installed

  • One or two components$45/mo
  • Three to five$85/mo
  • Six or more$129/mo

No view counting. No traffic limits. No overage bills. A busy month costs exactly the same as a quiet one.

What the fee covers

  • Data refreshed from published government sources, on our schedule not yours
  • We fix it when a government page changes format — that is the real work
  • Hosting of the data feed, so nothing runs on your server
  • Browser and platform updates as your site changes
  • Email support, answered next business day
  • Month to month. Cancel by email, no notice period, no exit fee

A component you need that does not exist yet is built for you, quoted in writing before it starts, from $1,500 one time. Nothing renews automatically and nothing switches off if you stop — the components keep working, the data stops refreshing.

Beyond the widgets

The work behind the website.

The tools are the visible part. Most of the value is in what stops being done by hand.

01

Intake that does not need retyping

One bilingual form. Answers land in your case management, documents arrive named and filed against the right checklist, and nobody copies a date of birth from a PDF into a spreadsheet again.

02

Client portal

A signed-in page where a client sees their stage, their outstanding documents and their next deadline — instead of emailing you to ask.

03

Case management integration

We connect what you already run. No migration, no new platform to learn, no asking your staff to change how they work because the software says so.

04

Bilingual, properly

A real EN/FR build with both languages written and reviewed, not a translate widget bolted on. A practice serving clients across Canada cannot send half of them to an English-only form.

05

Booking that fits your calendar

Consultation types, durations, buffers and payment on booking if you want it, wired to the calendar you already keep.

06

The website itself

If the site is the problem, we build or rebuild it — fast, accessible, and yours outright when it is done.
