AI implementation

Nineteen percent of Canadian businesses now use AI in some form, and in professional services it is closer to a third. The ones getting value are not running experiments. They picked one repetitive job and removed it.

The problem

The common failure is starting with the technology. A firm buys a licence, nobody changes how they work, and six months later the subscription gets cancelled. The successful version starts with a specific task that takes a specific number of hours every week.

In an accounting practice that task is usually chasing client documents. In a clinic it is answering the same twenty questions about hours, insurance and parking. In a law firm it is screening new enquiries before a lawyer spends time on them.

We build around one of those, measure the hours it saves, and only then look at the second one. If the first build does not save measurable time, there is no second one.

What you get

Everything in the scope, written down before we start.

Scope

One task, measured

We agree the task and the current hours it consumes before any build starts, so there is a number to compare against.

Build

Trained on your material

An assistant that answers from your documents, policies and prices — not generic web content it invented.

Integration

Connected to your systems

Output lands where the work happens: your inbox, your practice software, your document folders.

Privacy

Canadian data handling

Where data is stored, who can see it, and how it meets PIPEDA and provincial requirements, documented in writing before launch.

Training

Your team uses it

Live training plus a recorded walkthrough. An unused system saves nothing.

Support

Ongoing

Monitoring, tuning and adjustments from $600/month. Recommended, not required.

Who this is for

Those are the sectors we know best, not a list of who we take. We build for any business — a tailor, a bakery, a driving school — and the price is the same whatever the trade.

What it costs

AI — typical engagement

From $6,500

Delivered in 3–6 weeks. Fixed price agreed in writing before any work begins. Fifty percent on signature, fifty percent on handover.

Not included

  • Third-party subscriptions, paid directly by you
  • Stock photography and paid fonts
  • Advertising spend of any kind
  • Ongoing support, quoted separately after handover

Run the numbers yourself

Work out whether this pays for itself.

Drag the sliders to your own situation. If the payback period looks bad, do not hire us for this.

What is the manual work costing you?

Live calculation

Retyping, chasing documents, answering the same questions, copying between systems.

Wage plus payroll costs. For an owner doing it personally, use what an hour of your time is worth.

We scope to a realistic figure, not total elimination. Most builds land between 60% and 80%.

Drag to match the service you are considering. Starting prices run $1,800 to $6,500.

Recovered each year $13,978
Pays for itself in5.6 months
Hours back per year437

Over three years that is $41,934 recovered against a one-time cost.

This is arithmetic, not a promise. We agree the real baseline hours with you in writing before any build starts, and you get a measurement against that number at handover. Figures in Canadian dollars.

How a project runs

You see it working before you are committed to it.

01

Call

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we are the right fit — including when we are not.

02

Scope and contract

A fixed price, a delivery date and a signed agreement. The contract protects you, not us. Nothing starts until you approve it.

03

Prototype

We build one small function from your project and show you it running. Not a mockup — working software, in two or three days.

04

Your call

Happy, we finish the build. Not happy, you walk away and owe nothing. No questions, no argument, no invoice.

Questions

The things people ask before signing.

Is our client data safe?

That is the first question worth asking and we answer it in writing before you commit. We document where data is processed and stored, what is retained, and how it meets PIPEDA and any provincial rules that apply to your sector. If a build cannot meet your obligations, we say so.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

It will, occasionally. We scope assistants to answer only from your documents and to say it does not know rather than guess, and anything consequential routes to a person. Handling that boundary is most of the design work.

Do we need to change our software?

No. The assistant sits on top of what you already use.

How do we know it worked?

Because we agreed the baseline hours before starting. At handover you get a measurement against that number.
