For trades and anyone who works with their hands full
The job you lost was a call you never heard.
A tap is leaking and the homeowner rings three plumbers. Whoever answers first gets the work. You were under a sink — so you never knew the call happened, let alone that you lost it.
Today
Three calls in a day, and no text, no record, nothing that tells you they happened. You play the voicemail at 7pm. They hired someone at five past one.
With call rescue
All three answered in eight seconds, and you rang back at 1:04 — four minutes, not six hours. One recovered job covers four months of it.
Example figures. Your own job value is whatever you charge for a call-out and an hour.
The problem
Missed calls do not feel like lost money, because nothing arrives to tell you about them. A voicemail at 7pm from someone who already hired your competitor at 2pm is not a lead; it is a receipt for a job you did not get.
The window is minutes, not hours. Someone with water coming through a ceiling is not waiting for a callback — they are already dialling the next number on the search results.
So the thing worth fixing is not your voicemail. It is the ninety seconds between them giving up on you and hiring someone else.
How it works
Five steps, and you only do the last one.
No app, no new handset, no new number. The whole thing is three settings on the phone you already carry, and we set those with you on the call. Your calls and your customers stay yours — nobody here listens in, and nothing is ever passed to anyone else.
A customer rings your normal number
Nothing changes for them. Same number on your van, your cards and your Google listing. If you pick up, nothing else in this list happens.
It rings out for 25 seconds
About four rings — long enough that you can still take it if you are near the phone. Your carrier then hands the call to the system. We set that up with you in one phone call; there is no app to install.
The system answers in your business name
Your own greeting, in your own voice, recorded during setup. The caller hears your business, not a stranger and not a generic robot. No person at BizIntegra picks up your calls.
They get a text within seconds
Before they have had the chance to ring the next trade on the list. Your wording, your name, and a line telling them when you will call back.
You get the message, the number and the transcript
Readable between jobs. Reply straight from your own phone — the thread stays in one place.
Read this before you buy
Your phone already does part of this, free.
Both iPhone and Android let you decline a call and send a canned text in the same gesture. It costs nothing and it works. If you are usually able to pull your phone out, use that and do not pay us anything — ask and we will tell you how to set it up.
It only fires when you actively decline the call. Hands in a wall, phone in the van, up a ladder — the call rings out and nothing is sent, which is exactly the moment you needed it. It also keeps no record, so you never find out how many jobs went past you, and the replies land in your personal messages where nobody else can pick them up.
Buy this when you cannot get to the phone, when you want the misses counted, or when someone other than you needs to answer them.

Who this is for
Those are the sectors we know best, not a list of who we take. We build for any business — a tailor, a bakery, a driving school — and the price is the same whatever the trade.
Questions
The things people ask before signing.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No, and that is the point. Your number stays yours. We set three forwarding rules on your handset — no answer, busy, and phone off — so only the calls you miss reach the system. A call you pick up never touches our system.
Will this replace my voicemail?
Yes, and you should know that before you sign up. Carrier voicemail works through the same forwarding rules, so once calls come to the system, it takes the messages instead. You get a recording and a written transcript of each one, which is more than the old voicemail gave you. Old messages stay where they are.
What if I want to stop?
One code dialled on your handset puts everything back exactly as it was, including your carrier voicemail. Month to month, cancel by email, no notice period and no exit fee.
Can my phone not already do this?
Partly. Both iPhone and Android let you decline a call and send a canned text in the same gesture, free. But it only fires when you actively decline — if the phone is in the van or your hands are full, the call rings out and nothing is sent, which is the exact moment you needed it. If you are usually able to glance at your phone, use the free version and do not pay us anything.
Who sees my calls and my customers?
You do. The recordings, numbers and transcripts are yours and they sit in your account. Nobody here listens to your voicemails or reads your messages unless you ask us to look at something that is not working. Your customers are never contacted by us, never added to any list of ours, and never shared or sold to anyone. The system answers the phone on your behalf; it does not take your leads anywhere.
How long does setup take?
One phone call, usually under twenty minutes. We record your greeting, agree the wording of the text, and walk you through the three forwarding settings on your handset.
Will the text annoy people?
It is one message, sent only to someone who just rang you, naming your business and saying when you will call back. That is a reply, not marketing. It identifies you and carries an opt-out, which is what Canadian anti-spam rules expect of a commercial message.
