We go deep in a few sectors, not shallow in all of them.

Knowing your software, your vocabulary and your busy season is most of the value. If your sector is not listed, say so anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we would be useful.

Contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, HVAC.

Trades and home services

The work comes from word of mouth, and the website's job is to catch the people who look you up afterwards. Usually that means a fast site, photos of real jobs, a quote form that accepts pictures, and a Google Business Profile that is actually filled in.

Dental, physiotherapy, chiropractic, optometry, veterinary.

Clinics and health

Most clinics here are not short of patients — they are short of front desk capacity, booking months out and running cancellation lists by hand. The valuable work is filling cancelled slots automatically and taking routine questions off the phone, inside Canadian privacy rules.

Accountants, bookkeepers, law firms, insurance brokers, consultants.

Accounting and professional services

Document chasing is the recurring cost: the same requests, the same reminders, the same incomplete files touched three times. This is the sector with the highest AI adoption in Canada and the clearest return on automating intake.

Independent shops, makers, Shopify merchants, food and drink.

Retail and ecommerce

Small mechanical problems cost real revenue here — a slow theme, a checkout step that fails on mobile, abandoned apps still loading scripts. Fixing those usually beats a redesign.

Charities, associations, sports clubs, community groups.

Non-profit and community

Small budgets, real needs, and usually a volunteer maintaining a site nobody can edit. We price this sector lower and say so openly.

Realtors and real estateUnderserved

Listings are data, not content. A realtor site that pulls live MLS or IDX feeds, keeps sold properties indexed, and captures an enquiry at 10pm is a different product from a brochure with photos pasted in by hand. Most agents are sold the brochure.

A practice runs on intake forms, document checklists, eligibility questions and deadlines — repeated for every client, mostly by hand. We build the intake, connect it to your case management, and handle the bilingual requirement that comes with serving clients across Canada. Underserved because most agencies do not understand the compliance side.

Four things come up in nearly every practice we talk to:

  • Intake that does not need retyping. A client fills one bilingual form; the answers land in your case management with the documents already named and filed against the right checklist.
  • Live draw and processing data on your own site. Express Entry rounds, CRS cut-offs, PNP streams and current processing times, pulled from public government releases and refreshed on their own, in your colours on your pages.
  • Eligibility and CRS tools clients can use themselves. A calculator on your site answers the question that fills your inbox, and routes the serious enquiries to your booking page instead of your email.
  • Bilingual by default. Not a translate plugin — a real EN/FR build, because a practice serving clients across Canada cannot send half of them to an English-only form.

Real revenue, export operations, traceability requirements — and almost no digital suppliers who understand the sector. Order intake, catch and lot records, buyer portals and export documentation are all still run on paper and spreadsheets in businesses turning over millions.
