Websites that book work
Most local service businesses do not need a bigger website. They need one that turns a visitor into a booked job without anyone picking up the phone.
The problem
The typical local business website was built once, years ago, by someone who has since moved on. It loads slowly on a phone, the contact form goes to an inbox nobody checks, and the hours are wrong. Meanwhile the business is spending money on word of mouth and losing the people who look them up afterwards.
The fix is rarely a redesign for its own sake. It is removing the three or four points where a ready customer gives up: a page that takes eight seconds to load, a phone number that is not tappable, a booking step that asks for information the customer does not have yet.
We build the site around one action. For a contractor that is a quote request with photos attached. For a clinic it is a first appointment. For a realtor it is a valuation, for an accountant a discovery call, for a shop a working checkout. Everything on the page either moves someone toward that action or gets cut.
What you get
Everything in the scope, written down before we start.
Build
Design and launch
Five to eight pages, written and built for your business, not adapted from a template meant for someone else.
Booking
One clear action
A quote form or booking flow that works on a phone, with the fields your office actually needs and none it does not.
Search
Found locally
Google Business Profile set up properly, service-area pages, and the structured data that puts your hours and reviews in search results.
Speed
Loads in under two seconds
Compressed images, no page builder bloat, tested on a real phone on a real connection.
Handover
You own it
Logins, files, and a recorded walkthrough so you can change your own hours and prices.
Optional
Ongoing care
Hosting, updates and content changes from $180/month. Never automatic, never bundled in.
Who this is for
Those are the sectors we know best, not a list of who we take. We build for any business — a tailor, a bakery, a driving school — and the price is the same whatever the trade.
What it costs
WEB — typical engagement
Delivered in 3–4 weeks. Fixed price agreed in writing before any work begins. Fifty percent on signature, fifty percent on handover.
Not included
- Third-party subscriptions, paid directly by you
- Stock photography and paid fonts
- Advertising spend of any kind
- Ongoing support, quoted separately after handover
How a project runs
You see it working before you are committed to it.
Call
Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we are the right fit — including when we are not.
Scope and contract
A fixed price, a delivery date and a signed agreement. The contract protects you, not us. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Prototype
We build one small function from your project and show you it running. Not a mockup — working software, in two or three days.
Your call
Happy, we finish the build. Not happy, you walk away and owe nothing. No questions, no argument, no invoice.
Questions
The things people ask before signing.
Do I have to move my existing website?
No. If your current host and domain work, we build in place or migrate — whichever is less disruptive. You keep your domain either way.
What if I already have a Facebook page and no site?
That is common and it is a real gap. Facebook ranks poorly in local search and you do not control it. A small site plus a Google Business Profile usually outperforms a busy Facebook page for enquiries.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Text, prices, hours and photos are all editable without touching code, and the handover walkthrough covers exactly how.
How much does hosting cost after launch?
Roughly $15–30 a month if you handle it yourself. We will set it up and tell you what you are paying for.
