Who we are
This site is run by BizIntegra (bizintegra.ca), based in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
Quote and contact forms. Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the message you write. We use it to answer you and to quote the work. Nothing else is done with it.
The assistant on the site. If you type a question into the assistant, we keep the question so we can see what visitors ask and improve the answers. The text is sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, to produce a reply. Please do not type anything private into it. If you hand a conversation over to us, the conversation is included in the email we receive.
Call rescue demo. If you ring the demo number, your phone number is used once to send you a single text message through Twilio. We keep only a masked version of the number, enough to enforce a daily limit, and we do not add it to any list.
Server logs. Like every website, our servers record technical details of each visit: your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time. This is used for security and to keep the site working.
Cookies and ads
The site works without any advertising cookies. If we run ads, we ask first. A banner offers Accept and Decline. Only if you accept do we load Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows how people use the site, Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised clicks and scrolling so we can see where visitors get stuck (anything typed into a form is masked and never recorded), and Google Ads and Meta tools that tell us which ads led to an enquiry. If you decline, nothing is requested from them and you can still use every part of the site.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process data for us and not for their own purposes: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (which delivers and protects the site), Google (analytics and ads) and Microsoft (Clarity), both only if you accept cookies, ZeptoMail by Zoho (which delivers the emails your forms send us), Anthropic (the assistant), and Twilio (the call rescue demo text). Some of these companies store data outside Canada.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to answer it and for our business records afterwards. Assistant questions and server logs are kept for a limited time and then removed. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent to anything described here. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one business day. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
