Every task is quoted in writing before it starts. One-off jobs are fixed price. Monthly work is month to month — cancel by email, no notice period, no exit fee.

Questions
How task work runs.
Do you work on sites you did not build?
Yes, and most task work is exactly that. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and plain HTML are all fine. If we open it and find something we cannot safely touch, we tell you before charging anything.
How fast is a bug fix?
Twenty-four to seventy-two hours for most things once you have approved the quote. If it is taking your site offline, say so and we will look the same day.
Is there a minimum?
Ninety dollars for a batch of content updates, which is the smallest thing we do. Below that it costs more to invoice than to fix, so we will usually just tell you how to do it yourself.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
By email, any time, no notice period and no exit fee. You keep everything that was produced while the plan ran.
Who pays for ad spend?
You do, directly, in an account you own. We never hold your ad budget and never mark it up. The management fee is separate and visible.
Can task work turn into a project?
Often. If three enhancements in a row would cost more than rebuilding the page properly, we will say so rather than keep billing enhancements.
