Questions
What does the warranty cover?
The fix we made. If it breaks or stops working within fourteen days, we repair it again at no extra charge. A new and unrelated problem is a new job, and we will quote it separately.
Is a freelancer ever the right choice?
For a single, small, one-off job, often yes. This is for when the job connects to other work, when you expect more to come, or when you have already been through one handover and do not want another.
Do you take over work that someone else started?
Yes. Send the website address and a short description. We tell you what we find and what it needs, before you commit to anything.
How does the charging work?
Per person, for the work they do on your job, agreed in writing before we start. We will explain it in the consultation.
Can you work on a site someone else built?
Yes. We fix and extend existing sites, whatever they were built with.
